*WHOLSALE SERVICE FEE

Non-refundable service fee charged ONLY to wholesale rates, usually for resorts or hotels. Any wholesale rates quoted will be highlighted as such, with options for clients to decline the discounted rates and pay full market costs. Wholesale Service Fee rates will range from 10%-20% of wholesale rate, depending on travel type. This fee is not applicable to all other non-wholesale rated booking arrangements in client quote.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS SERVICE FEE

Non-refundable Booking Modification Servce Fees are paid directly to Joyspirations Company. Booking Modifications Service Fees are $25 per individual, $50 per family, or $100 for parties with 5 or more travelers. For Group bookings (8+ rooms/cabins): $25 per room/cabin. This fee is separate from any additonal charges or fees incurred via supplier booking site, which must be paid directly to the supplier. Changes must be allowed per supplier policy.
